Soar 

To reach and to touch
to endeavour to rise
above the fray and recognise
the illusion of Self.

Be clean be clear
hold all that is dear
to your heart let the rest go
then fly.

Feel the last of the water
as your heels scrape over the ocean
kissing it gently goodbye
as you take to the skies.

Beyond and above is an absolute act of love
of self and all thats gone before
of all you’ve been and who you are
trade your place with no one.

Be all you have ever been
hush the crowded chattered mind
close you eyes free your sight
close you eyes free your sight.

Soar Soar Soar
the rainbows pave the way
the vision of a long time gone
now comes into play.
